What time is it?

It's poll time!

This poll will be up from November 9th 10am CET to November 12th 10pm CET.

And the suggestions are as follows:

1. A Much Appreciated Present - A sequel to It's The Thought That Counts, where the young boy, now in his twenties gets another oversized sweater by his grandmom. But this time, it's exactly what he wanted!

(Human male-to-female Orc)

2. Divide By "Hero" - (Seventh Realm) A young hero-in-training, visiting the University of Tenshyr, manages to borrow the cornerstone of destiny (it's not like Lola has any use for it in her busy partying schedule, after all), hoping to use it to evolve into a full-fledged hero able to vanquish great evils. This already ill-advised plan is worsened when he decides to supercharge the cornerstone during a convenient planetary convergence. What can go wrong? Unfortunately but perhaps unsurprisingly, this does not go as planned: our young hero's destiny schisms, causing not a single but multiple destinies to manifest. And, despite his intentions, the emergent fates are less than heroic (and, as it were, less than male). In these fates, our hero did not triumph but rather succumbed to the evils he sought to resist. The emergent fates fall immediately to squabbling among themselves over who the 'real' fate is, averting for now what might have otherwise been a realm-wide catastrophe.

(Human Male splinter/tgtf - Nightfolk Witch-Duchess, Naga Matriarch and Turian Amazon General)

3. Turning The Page -  (Set in the Seventh Realm) A scholar from the collapsing kingdom of West Galria seeks refuge in the Orcish Khanate of Espeni. There he seeks employment among the other scholars and researchers, but his agenda is hardly as pure as it seems. For he is actually a spy sent to the Khanate by the Morundine Nightfolk who are holding his sister hostage. When the ruse is revealed to the Orcs, the scholar is given a choice between death, exile or indentured servitude.

For obvious reasons, the scholar chooses the latter option and over a year's time he is slowly morphed by the food, drinks and exposure to the finest literature the Seventh Realm has to offer into a charming Orcish apprentice. Young and vivacious if a bit clumsy, she is a quick study, especially of Galrian history and language--and soon beloved by all her mentors. The only thing that burdens the girl's heart now are the whereabouts of her missing sister, but she's too busy with her writings to give it much thought anymore.  After all, she was probably fine... probably.

(Post-TF Human male to female Seventh Realm Orc, a nerdy Orc too boot)

4. Death Born in Song - Suddenly arriving through a Gate, a young Humie woman finds herself lost in the vast Camborian forest known as the Wyldefree. After several days and nights within the Autumn woods' gigantic trees and braving its numerous dangers, she notices that she finds herself growing energetic in twilight and unusually lethargic and groggy by dawn. But the other changes are not as obvious yet, and she's yet to meet anyone willing to explain how she found herself here or what's going on.

Then she finds a badly wounded deer in the midst of a moonlit clearing. Feeling sympathy for the suffering animal, she picks up a rock and prepares to end it... but a different impulse begins to wash over her. After dropping the rock she kneels next to the deer, and enters a deep trance as the former Humie gently sings a lullaby previously unknown to her... until she can feel the creature's life peacefully slip away.

Snow white of hair and eyes a striking red, the new Banshee arises from her trance. Freshly renewed from the deer's ley she now stalks the forest in service to Noadinne the Goddess of Death, maintaining the Wyldefree's balance by reaping the souls of the dying.

(FtF; Humie woman to Gateworld Banshee)
