[New Remix] Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion - #8 regret (Patreon)

Another Splatoon 2 remix, and another downtempo remix.
I just love the Splatoon soundtracks, and especially the tracks that were introduced in the Octo Expansion c:

To me, the tone and feel of #8 regret is just so dreamy and unnerving at the same time. Kind of like being stuck in the moment of waking up after a long, vivid dream. Stuck between being awake and asleep, not knowing where you really are, and whether what you are experiencing is real or just a dream. 

So I tried to keep that feeling of dreamy unease by incorporating some sounds in the mix that I made by giving instruments or effects a little push and letting them do their own unpredictable thing. 

As always, I hope you like it, despite the gloomy, dreamy, bittersweetness  :o
