Chapter 472: Happiness and Departure (Patreon)

By the time Evan returned to the room, Elaine had just got dressed and her little face was red.
Her body was wet and not dry yet...
They both gasped for breath and looked at each other. The atmosphere in the room was ambiguous, both graceful and smothering.
The smell of water vapor and milk mixed together, and the room was filled with a sweet smell.
Under such circumstances, it seemed that anything could happen, as long as one of them was impulsive.
In fact, Evan was very impulsive now, and he couldn’t take care of anything.
He made up his mind to do something to Elaine who was not dressed properly…
Evan pointed his wand to her, the magic sprang, and her wet clothes immediately became dry.
Just like Gabrielle, after a lot of ups and downs, he sent the vampire away.
Elaine hadn't forgotten about turning Evan into a vampire, but so many things had happened. Her face was as red as a red apple, and she had no courage and nerve to stay here.
She told Evan that she would find time to come back to him.
Evan, on the other hand, hoped to not see this girl before… ever!
Elaine was sent away in a daze, and Evan returned to the empty room and felt exhausted like never before.
Sure enough, the Quidditch World Cup, camping or whatever, was not suitable for him.
The only good thing was that Elaine and Gabrielle’s visit was not discovered.
This matter was only known to him and Kreacher, and the house elf should keep it secret.
Evan fell back heavily on the bed. He had no energy to think about what would happen at night. Now he only wanted to sleep.
The next second, he immediately got up from the bed again, as quickly as possible.
Evan felt something under his feet and had a bad feeling.
He lifted the quilt, and there were small, white, wet girl's panties... In her hurry, Elaine forgot to put them back on!
Evan didn't have time to think about her current embarrassment. She left that thing behind, what should he do with it?!
Evan looked at the underwear as if it were the most dangerous thing in the world.
His previous judgment was not wrong. Slytherin was the most troublesome of them all!
Whether it was Salazar, Voldemort, Elaine, or other vampires, they were all very troublesome.
After being in a daze for a long time, Evan sighed heavily.
He carefully picked it up and stuffed it into his bag.
He couldn’t just put the underwear around. He had to put it away and give it back to Elaine later.
However, at the thought of having a girl's intimate clothes on him, Evan fell down powerlessly.
He had a dream about Elaine, Gabrielle, and Hermione...
At dusk, the sleeping Evan was awakened by Hermione.
"Get up, the game is about to start, we are ready to go!" said Hermione with a smile.
Evan opened his eyes and looked hazily at Hermione's familiar smile, feeling unprecedented kindness.
He rubbed his eyes and sat up from his bed, feeling it was a particularly long day.
Or was he still in the dream?!
"Evan, you look tired?!" Hermione said with concern, then thought of something, "Don't think about those things, today is the World Cup, a day to relax. You're under too much pressure. Don't worry about evil gods, Voldemort and vampires. No matter what the future looks like, we’ll face it together!"
Hermione's concern was indeed very heartwarming, but the future she said they’ll face together, certainly did not include girls' underwear!
If possible, Evan now really wanted to hold Hermione tightly, and make time stop.
He hesitated for a moment. He moved forward quickly and took the initiative to embrace Hermione.
Hermione suddenly froze, and did not expect that Evan would do this.
In fact, Evan was also stunned and did not expect that he would be so bold. Just for a moment, his body acted faster than his brain.
"Evan, what are you doing?!" Hermione hurriedly pushed Evan away slightly angry, pressing her teeth together.
Evan blinked and was wide awake at once, wondering how to explain it.
Looking at Hermione's face, he knew that things were going bad!
The atmosphere became more and more tense. Neither of them spoke, and they were just looking at each other.
A few seconds later, Hermione suddenly leaned down and hugged Evan gently, without any warning.
Then she blushed and separated her body from his as fast as she could, just when Evan could sense her warmth.
"This will never happen again!" She said in a whisper…
A few minutes later, when Evan and Hermione went downstairs, everyone was waiting in the small dining room on the ground floor.
They were discussing the Quidditch World Cup and no one noticed anything unusual.
Everyone finished their dinner with excitement and set off for the World Cup venue.
At this moment, even the still summer air in the camp seemed to be quivering with anticipation.
With the advent of night, the last vestiges of pretence disappeared: the Ministry of Magic seemed to have bowed to the inevitable and stopped fighting the signs of blatant magic now breaking out everywhere.
Now, it was full of festive atmosphere. Salesmen were Apparating every few feet, carrying trays and pushing carts full of extraordinary merchandise.
Among them, there were luminous rosettes, green for Ireland, red for Bulgaria. Wearing them, they would squeal the names of the players every few seconds.
There were pointed green hats bedecked with dancing shamrocks, Bulgarian scarves adorned with lions that really roared, flags from both countries that played their national anthems as they were waved, and tiny models of Firebolts that really flew.
There were also collectible figurines of famous players, which strolled across the palm of your hand, preening themselves.
"I’ve been saving my pocket money all summer for this," said Ron.
The group strolled leisurely through the salesmen, and Ron frantically bought souvenirs.
Though he purchased a dancing shamrock hat and a large rosette, he also bought a small figurine of Viktor Krum, the Bulgarian Seeker.
The miniature Krum walked backward and forward on Ron's hand, scowling up at the green rosette above him.
Evan was not interested in such gadgets. He and Hermione were at the tail of the group.
Although the two did not say anything, Evan felt a deep sense of happiness, like never before.
"Wow, look at these!" said Harry, hurrying over to a cart piled high with what looked like brass binoculars, except that they were covered with all sorts of weird knob and dials.
"Take a look, these are Omnioculars," said the saleswizard eagerly. “You can replay action…slow everything down…and they flash up a play-by-play breakdown if you need it. Bargain; ten Galleons each.”
