Hello,

I'm excited about the next chapter.  I imagine some peeps have felt like Maiev's part of the story isn't as interesting as the DH stuff and the Illidan stuff but hopefully Chapter Sixteen changes their mind a bit.  Cos it's about to get real Game of Thrones-ish.

Been playing a lot of Final Fantasy XIV recently.  Probably said that quite a few times before.  But i've been slowly working my way from the beginning all the way to the latest expansion.  And for those that don't know - You have to do the dungeons and raids to progress in the main story.  Not all of them - there are some optional ones - but a huge chunk of them are basically compulsory.

And those dungeons and raids... get progressively more mental.  The first lot are basically just Tank n' Spank and don't require a lot of thinking.  But the Stormblood ones... are insane.  You feel absolutely amazing when you beat them but... bloody hell do I get sweaty and panicky whilst i'm doing them.

I only have one Duty left to do before I'm into the Shadowbringers content.  I think it's called The Ghimlyt Dark.  I'm hoping it's not that complicated because the last couple have been.  The good thing is... there's bloody giant visual cues for most of the mechanics but sometimes they'll throw in some extra weird thing or... you just end up with so many mechanics overlapping in Phase 3 that my brain turns to mush.

It's actually weird that I'm really enjoying FFXIV raiding and yet I am still too scared to do Mythic+ or Raids in WoW.  Not gonna lie though... community in FFXIV sure is lot 'friendlier' lol.  If you wipe in a duty... 90% of time... the rest of the group just say "ah well... let's give it another shot".  I don't know how they've managed to create a community like that considering they've got 20 million players now.  Probably has something to do with the fact that Square Enix will not allow any kinda DPS meters or .IO Score addons in their game. lol.

Anywho - I'll stop boring you about FFXIV.  I seem to be talking about it more than WoW recently and people might get the impression I hate Warcraft or something.  In my defence... there's not much non-spoilery WoW stuff to talk about anyway for another two months or so... whenever the Pre-Patch goes live properly.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, peeps.  Thanks very much for your support.

And i'll see ya in the next Early Access post.
