Early Access - Illidan: Chapter Eight (Patreon)

Hello,

So yeah... gonna take this Friday off.  That way... I can work on another Hiru vid and the Chapter Nine video whilst also enjoying a bit of Birthday funtimes.  But then I'll be back on my actual birthday - Tuesday 28th July.  

I got a comment this morning on the Night Elf Starting Zone video saying "Not sexist eh?".   I dunno whether they're joking or deadly serious... (that's the problem with text communication). 

But I had completely forgotten about this joke... "I'm gonna use a female character this time just in case anyone thinks i'm sexist or something.  And her name is Dorothy... KitchenBush". 

Now... I stand by that joke.  The idea of me trying to avoid accusations of sexism by giving a character a ridiculously sexist name.  That's funny to me.  Because it's so dumb.  But yeah... if i'm gonna get cancelled in the future... that'll probably be the joke that does it. 

Which is a shame... cos I like feel there's layers to that joke.  I put a lot of thought into it.  Like... the name itself actually mirrors conventional elven names - Windrunner / Whisperwind / Sunstrider / Kitchenbush.  And tbf... she ends up being the most competent character in a video full of men without being a 'Mary Sue'.  And i'm pretty sure the video would pass the Bechdel test as well... so... balls to anyone that thinks i'm sexist.  *mic drop*

Anywho... started sounding like I sniff my own farts a little bit there.  I apologise.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend peeps.  Thank you very much for your support.
