Adjusted tiers (Patreon)

Since Patreon now offers the option to change the currency from US dollars to euros, I converted all the tiers to euros (I am from the Netherlands). Previous Patreons are unaffected - this change only accounts for new Patreons, who will roughly pay $10.50 (€9) for that tier. So keep that in mind if you stop pledging and will pledge again in the future.

Changing to euros means I have to pay less on conversion fees (which eat up a chunk).

As for the update, it's still planned on the 4th! Should be up within 10 hours.
