Bruh this boy wellz accidentally spoiled. The stockpiling part of the quirk means to stockpile power and strength. The hint of additional quirks aren’t introduced until season 4 or 5.

Idk if this will get cleared up, but the power that he originally gave to his brother wasn’t to stockpile quicks, it stockpiles power. He just gave him super strength which is the main thing that Deku and All might use. The multiple quirk thing is just a byproduct of his OG power to pass quirks down

Btw, we do know what All Might's quirk is, we just learned it. Its the ability to stockpile power mixed with the ability to pass itself on to another person. Now, what does that specifically mean for All Might and now Deku.....that we'll get to eventually :P
