And the relationship between him and his dad Toto, how they both fought for Arabasta but in a different way, ended up saving Arabasta. Yo they really spazzed wow. This episode felt like a teaser to what the remake might look and feel like. Intro gave me Spy Family intro vibes in terms of the coloring, the composition, and the editing, it was amazing. Felt like they were showcasing the new 3d engine they're gonna use or something, I loved it. I'm glad after all this time One Piece is getting the love and care that it should have always gotten from Shueisha and Toei. They abused it with poor production (especially post timeskip up to Wano) for so long, but we here now baby. We just got the amazing live action that broke records and succeeded in bringing in even more fans, the sick TCG with Bandai (I'm collecting rn $_$, trynna get that Luffy with Oda's signature, and the Luffy, Kid, and Law alt manga art), Gear 5, manga going crazy, and a whole bunch of other shit. But 2024 is looking to be an even more epic year for One Piece and us the fans. The OP fan experience is really like no other. So much content, and the engagement from Oda with the fans. Seeing these events in the anime paints them in a new light for me. What was that like dimensional shift effect they showed with Imu???? That shit with Lulusia was craaaaazy. They really wiped that whole island off the map like nothing. Damn so much happened this episode. Can't wait for the next one. And welcome back RTTV, glad you guys dropped this when you did! Respect for that!

Yeah I did, and most of them easily had it at an S, even Jerry cause of its Fanbase considered it, the only one who was arguing against it was Wellz only since he didn’t think it was in the same league as AOT. As for JJK, that’s complete and total recency bias as anyone can easily see that looking at it critically from the outside in. It could be the best new gen but It’s not in the same league as any of the classics. All of this is mostly, if not completely irrelevant anyways since they clearly don’t know how to properly rank things on actual merits that matter based on critical thinking, but rather just personal enjoyment.

I said critically speaking anime wise, not my opinion. The TYBW anime is not a 1:1 adaptation, as proven by all of the anime original scenes and extended battles thanks to its own author that Wellz isn’t fully appreciating and only cause his expectations were a little too unrealistically high, while for the others met their expectations and even surpassed it, so he doesn’t speak for all of them. Even he fucks with TYBW, he just doesn’t think it’s in the same definitive peak league tier as AOT.

@ExrialHD Anime wise during the big3’s entire run the weakest was easily one piece, not only due to its length or art style/animation but also it’s lack of a proper dub/localization, while Naruto and Bleach were neck and neck until the FB arc. The most delusional are those that try to change or revise that history using their manga as a source through sales, as if that’s the most popular consumer medium when it’s not throughout most of the world. Bleach has been through the longest period of hate following its manga ending, so if there’s any one that bans it’s haters it’s completely justified as it’s just mindless misconstrued hate out of misunderstanding a series that they can’t appreciate beyond a surface level. Aside from that, the discussion on Bleach has never been lacking, especially in the past year and a half with TYBW now going into this year with their being 2 new games, the novels potentially getting adopted and continuation of the Hell arc. So no, it’s never been irrelevant in the slightest and it’s OK to prefer one thing or another as long as it involves critical thinking cause if it’s just personal enjoyment it’s biased, most of the RTTV may perfer OP but definitely not the whole as all of them, regardless that doesn’t make it better. Another thing is, I never said they were lying. Stockholm syndrome just means that the longer you spent with something or someone the more you get used to it even if they’re a shitty person or product that you’re simply tolerating which they were for the most part with OP for the longest time compared to any other series, as well as to appease it’s rabidly toxic fanbase.

Out of the Big3, OP had by far the weakest beginning or rather whole first half, even a fan can recognize that.
