Kinda disagree with the majority which is usually. Cobra was using a hearing technique which was why he seemed stronger then Nastu, but without that Nastu would have beaten him a while ago. Nastu decided to use Cobra's strength against him by shouting, as a strategic move. If someone has really good hearing you can use a piercing sound to disable and defeat them. I guess the only thing that could be different is if it just disable Cobra's ability and then we continued the fight, but like I said I don't see Cobra winning without his ability to hear everyone's moves.
