Can’t wait to watch this! I hope we also get episode 3 of the OP live action today

Reginald Alston

if thor had a sword yea, cause as a kid just seeing the hammer had me like nah this nigga trash, the actor is lowkey the reason niggas give af, this shit was boring, honestly choosing wonder woman over this if we talking gods

Daas Nahk

bruh you get he's apart of an actual religion right? "Jesus is so boring why doesnt he use a Katana" lmao

KJiggidy

I agree with Pat. And he’s right there are way more stories you can do with Thor than just Iron Man and Captain America. Even in comics, Cap and Iron Man weren’t really that interesting. Nobody was checking for Iron Man and Cap like that at all in terms of their stories and likabilities in the comics. It was mainly either Spider-Man or the X-Men over who people preferred to be invested with. The writing of the first Thor movie was good you couldn’t do anything else with it in a different way to introduce Thor into the MCU. It’s better than the second one and the fourth one, the fourth one was a disappointment.

Thomas Wynn III

The ice box thing never had the teseract in it.

vera

hell nah in retrospect this is the better thor movie outside of ragnarok

starr rideaux

Love this video!! can’t wait till you do the rest of Thor’s movies

Repsol

Nah Dark World and Love and Thunder way worse than this.

Arturo Mauleon Higginbotham.Jr.

An X-Men reaction/Return to those films would be fun to see. Especially with Deadpool 3 coming out with Hugh Jackman's Wolverine in it.

The Gaming Morgana

You guys should react to "Ragnarok" the Netflix show. It based of Thor etc. But it's not cookie cutter, it's not Thor origin story. It's relatively modern time. The character THOR isn't part of it.

DW

Pat really hates Loki that’s such an L take 🤦🏾‍♂️

DW

Lol bro loki is not one of the biggest marvel villains, his time was over 10 years ago bro. Him as villain was a dry well.

TDR_216

Wellz and Jerry are definitely right. Having Thor’s first movie being him in a little town seems like such a waste imo. But even if they do go down that path which they did, at least make it make sense where you can see his character change off of real things that could happen to him versus him just falling for a female and that’s what makes him worthy. How did he get humbled so much that he changed into a completely different character? Waste of a movie imo and I they that’s why they changed it in ragnarok

RowdyCloudy

Another fire reaction 🔥 btw I know it's not part of the MCU (at least not at the moment) but y'all should check out and react to Marvel's Punisher starring Thomas Jane as Punisher and John Travolta it's Lowkey underrated and really good. Grew up watching it. I think y'all will dig it 🤙

RowdyCloudy

I started really liking Thor more by Ragnarok. Cause I think that was the first time we saw him actually humble Hulk.

Brad

Its happened in the comics tho thats where they got the idea from

Arturo Mauleon Higginbotham.Jr.

I think during Age Of Ultron with him bonding with the avengers team and seeing him become more less king/god like and more of a relatable person is when I started liking him alot. But I never had a problem with him when he was with the Avengers or in his solo films.

RowdyCloudy

Same I feel ya, on that. I'm actually part Norwegian so, I've always have more of liking to Thor then any others naturally. Except for Spidey 🕷️🕸️🤓😎

RowdyCloudy

He's my one of favorites next to Daredevil, Ghost Rider, Venom, Punisher, and Deadpool.

Arturo Mauleon Higginbotham.Jr.

Spider-Man, Ghost Rider, Wolverine, Green Goblin, Deadpool, Iceman, Doctor Strange, Spider-Woman. There's more but I can't think of them right now.

Nyeisha Melvina Clark

The amount of times Thor thought Loki was dead, only for Loki to come back on some BS will never not be funny. Tom to me was the breakout of this movie so it makes sense that the popularity of Loki only grew from here on out. It's sad to think there might not be any of Thor and Loki reuniting in the future because Tom and Chris really had some great chemistry together. Watching these earlier movies only makes me sad with the direction they took characters like Thor and Hulk in the future.

For those who don't get the Dave Chapelle & Eminem reference. Dave Chapelle made an amazing joke where he talks about a woman who became woman of the year, despite having just transitioned. He compared it to Eminem winning black man of the year.

SLEEZYDADON716

Jerry is right. The fact that y'all don't even know the Norse mythology says a lot. I get what Pat is saying but they don't get what Jerry is saying. Jerry is saying you can make an origin story for Iron Man Captain America and Black Panther but you can't make an origin story for Thor because he already has an origin. There is no backstory for Thor in Marvel.

Thotty_dagod

You can actually. Thor has his own origin in the marvel comics thats similar but different than his role in Norse Mythology.

SLEEZYDADON716

They can't do that because Thor doesn't belong to Marvel. Thor has kids where are they in Marvel? Thor has an actual brother name Baldur where is he? Where is Fenrir? Where is Sköll and Hati that ate the moon and sun. Where is Jörmungandr?

SLEEZYDADON716

No he doesn't. The whole story of Thor ends in his death by Jörmungandr the world serpent. Sköll and Hati are the grandchildren of Loki who are giant wolfs that chased the sun and the moon. The moment they catch them would bring about Ragnarok. Odin would fight Loki's son Fenrir who is also a huge wolf and the father of Sköll and Hati. Thor would fight the serpent and kill it with a blow from its hammer so mighty that it sent the serpent back in time to before even his own birth. Thor died from a poison released from the serpent at the same time Thor struck the serpent with the final blow sending it back in time.
