Rudy faces off against Fitz but doesn't realize who she really is. It looks like they may drag this plotline of Rudues not knowing the truth for a few episodes, maybe longer. How do you guys feel about their relationship?

The show's main focus has always been Rudeus, his growth and relationships from beginning. Also because the mc stopped being horny 24/7 doesn't mean he's acting out of character. Guy went thru depression and as a result had a shutdown of his system, had trust issues of others, especially women. And after that he tried to basically brute force himself to accept his new companions and relationship, that he couldn't quite trust or open up yet to. The reason why the show's focusing now on Sylphie and Rudy's relationship so much is because she's one of the few people from his past, that he can trust and has had a deeper bond with in contrast to his last relationship. Ofcourse he doesn't know it's her tho and Sylphie can't exactly expose her identity since she's Princess Ariel's bodyguard. As such they're both catching up without one of them realizing it, while at the same time working on Rudy's issues. Which is literally what Man God told Rudy to do in a roundabout way in order to cure his dysfunction.

i love everything abt the show I just dont get why she making it a secret ?? why she making it harder for rudy?? its a filler for me

Y'all this is not filler stuff. We cant make something filler just because we don't like how they are doing something in the show. This is all cannon, id suggest looking at the light novel once that chapter is animated. Thats what I do, that way I don't miss a thing. You get more details and understand the episode a little more.
