The girl in the brothel basically said that for Rudy to possibly cure his ED he needs to be with someome that he is emotionally connected to like he was with Eris. The only girls that are on that level are Roxy and Slyphie and since Roxy is with his parents maybe the ManGod is implying that Rudy is going to hook up with Sylphie since she's at that school.

@Thotty_dagod the thing is I don't agree with what she said about him fearing women but he probably subconsciously has a fear of getting too close to a woman because of what Eris did. He needs to be with a woman he's already close to in order to potentially conquer his ED.

@Devin B Well he does fear woman maybe not completely like him screaming in fear but he fears abandonment from woman to be more specific. Rudeus thought eris and here we gonna be a family and have kids etc it was basically rudeus thinking that the happy life he wanted from his reincarnation was within grasp which well it wasn't. It was his dream vs reality as the title of episdoe 22 said he had dream but reality said otherwise.

@Angelo yeah that's a better way of putting it, just the way she worded it made it seem like he feared women in general but he had abandonment issues in regards to women. Either way Eris really messed Rudy up without realizing what she did by leaving him.

It's not so much a fear of women as it is a fear of rejection, if you notice Rudy is doing a lot of self confidence building(working out and actually being in appreciation of his body which he didnt have in his previous life, in fact he often said how he hated that he was fat) He needs a women he knows 100% wont reject him, otherwise his PTSD from all the abandonment/rejection issues he has(Eris mainly but her act also reignited his old Trauma and while he did recover those are pretty well linked now, its not like that shit ever goes away he just deals with it)

It really does have an amazing power system. It feels very grounded and consistent compared to other anime. I really hope it get's a full adaptation because the later arcs and fights go hard.

@Devin B Yeah eris issue that she couldn't tell how mentally vulnerable rudeus really was from vowing to bring her home and managing to do so, in like 2-3 years to also tutorinig her for 3 years before the a mana displacement. To beating a north saint in episode 14, to landing a hit with the stone canon on orsted the strongest man alive that her and rujierd couldn't touch. Rudeus has done nothing but show in eris mind perfection. Besides the time he was upset because of his reunion with paul rudeus has shown no vulnerabillity in eris mind. He is planned the journey talked a superd in to helping them instead of cowering in fear like many would. Eris view of rudeus is too high for her to expect that rudeus would fall this hard from her leaving, along with the fact that she of course doesn't know his past life where all this insecurity came from. To her rudeus is so beyond her that she can't imagine him not being able to do better or do completely fine without her.
