This episode is dope but they just messed up Isagi's last line which really changes the tone of the ending tbh. When Isagi says, "I knew you'd do that, Bachira. I just knew you'd go it alone." TECHNICALLY the sentenced could be translated that way. But what Isagi actually says in context to the scene/sentence structure is, "I believed in you Bachira. I believed you could get here by yourself." So Isagi isn't really bragging that he caught Bachira in the end, instead Isagi is praising bachira for his ability to get to the goal line on his own.

Idk for me I can’t say Blue Lock is better than Haikyuu from what we’ve seen so far in the anime only BUT after catching up with the Blue Lock Manga future stuff will for sure be understandable to say that lmao

Aside from salty Pat, I'm just happy the unnecessary Bachira hate is done now. Sometimes I feel like you guys be forgetting Bachira was carrying the team in all the previous matches and the main reason they didn't get eliminated from Blue lock since everyone in Team Z had given up hope against Nagi's team yet Bachira still scored and set the team straight.

It wasn't him praising him directly, the main point was that everyone else on the field thought bachira would pass. But isagi noticed that he was playing irregularly. He then moved into the position he thought the ball would go to which was the goal, when everyone else was looking for passes.

Fun fact tho, chigiri and nagi should of been aware of this as well. Because this isn't the first time bachira has done a solo rush either, he did it vs nagi, reo and specs. So both Nagi and chigiri had the information to read that too, but they didnt put it togeather.

Bro they literally said they were starting to hate Bachira's character and it wasn't because of the flashbacks, it was because he was doubting. These guys do this with so many anime characters already it's just that with Bachira he only doubted himself once and they immediately flipped so it came off as more jarring.

I read Eye Shield 21 and I don't remember it being that exaggerated. I feel like Jerry just taking the visuals he sees in the anime too seriously like he did in KnB. Like even the crazy abilities like the time travel shit Sena was doing sounds and looks unrealistic but it's just him sprinting, taking a step back in a brief moment then sprinting forward again. They're just saying a bunch of exaggerated stuff and showing cool visuals to make the plays look epic but you shouldn't take it in face value. All of the plays they were doing in Eye Shield were still grounded in reality.
