I never got why it became "Mando" when it's spelled MandAlorian. Maybe it's a male thing, like o's in Spanish. Male mandalorians can be called a Mando, so should we call a Female mandalorian a Manda... Get it? Amanda? 😆 Fuckin' Ellie and her puns man.... 😤 lol EDIT: Yo, if it weren't for the posture being identical, I was gonna say that since he'll probably never take his helmet off again, Pedro Pascal only has to do voiceovers from now on! He could have literally been filming TLOU and recording his lines for Mando over the phone on his lunch breaks

That's one of the problems IMO. No one cares about Mando himself because he's a boring NPC character who speaks like a Siri robot. Everyone is just hyped about cameos and shit. But to each his own I guess 🤣

That's a fair point of view. I was thinking while watching this episode that this show actually feels a lot like a live action Rebels. Flavor of the week, very short arcs, very little importance to the rest of SW as a whole (We can argue how important Rebels REALLY is, but that's not my point). I like it for Din, much like I grew to like Ezra. Grogu is definitely a heartwarming sight. Overall, I'd say it's hard to deny it's a pretty pointless show, fan-service heavy, and it's got ups and downs. However, it's still top tier by SW standards, and if you're in, you're IN. 😆 Just my point of view!

No I see what you mean, I'm mostly on that same boat. I think it was definitely easier to appreciate season 1 and 2 just because it was a linear plot to find the Jedi, but now that they've played their best card, it's like they're scrambling to figure out a new story. Like he's gotta baithe in the water to get his people to like him again even though they ain't got shit to their name or something. Just weird to me lol. But Rebels was like the sequel to Clone Wars so I guess it was easier to digest haha

For sure! Rebels is a little "yiung" at first for older viewers like myself (watched it at 28) but the characters are honestly the best in all of SW to me. The BIG story moments are incredible, but I felt myself liking the fillery episodes a LOT, where as I skipped them in Clone Wars (Also watched at 28 lol). I was hoping Sabine would have to be thing in this season, just because there's no other story to go with, and we honestly need more of a focus on Mandalore culture itself. Ahsoka didn't really make sense, but they did it anyways lol. I'm just hoping being on the actual planet and having more mandalorians in the mix will turn into a worthwhile journey of exploring everything about being a mandalorian. Like him teaching Grogu their ways gives them an excuse to finally educate the viewer to what it takes to be a Mando... or a Manda.. lol 😆

Give it some time, sure its wore out its specialty but its probably the best Star Wars Disney's putting out right now. The season will probably pan out alright.

See I actually didn’t like the first two seasons for the reason that it was a quest for the Jedi but it was a bunch of stupid small side quest and I agree with you about them watching rebels but still I actually think the third season has the potential to be better and I think the pacing of this episode actually shows that can be. I just hate the dumb episodes we were in a cave fighting fucking spiders like in the first two seasons, I want to learn more about Mandalorian‘s in Canaan I want to see them bring him shit from legends or create new I want to see who becomes a Manda’lor I will be upset if they fuck it up.

I don’t agree that they’re even is cameos in this one like at what point is a character a cameo and at what point are they just part of the plot? Every Star Wars thing has been chock-full of cameos it’s not new people just state it now has a complaint
