Deku not selfish, he's being realistic, shigariki and all for one clear the entirety of UA effortlessly, he is the only one who can actually deal with them. You can make the argument he should be deligating small tasks like low level prison escapees to Class A but they would make it a whole event when he can just punch them once and move on. He should just go HAM for 18 hours a day and have them take over the other 6 while he sleeps lol.

Peter Keogh-Lynn

It's crazy cause it's like Deku is Sasuke, and Bakugo is Naruto. Bakugo is basically hitting him with, "I will bring you back even if I have to break every bone in your body" you ARE coming back with us. It's not up to you Anymore

How are they going to let Rob complain about Deku going at it alone, he's shown in this episode not alone when the top pro heroes were with him. He's only leaving out the students, who are kids, and All Might, who's basically just a normal dude at this point.

U calling him out his name because he’s saying something u don’t agree with is crazy, even tho wht he is saying is wrong. Don’t just call the man a Btch because he’s saying something about a FICTIONAL CHARACTER

Ofentse Kelobonye

when deku says he can move at all might's 100%, he means with the other quirks like wellz said. Last ep he used one for all at 45%, fa-jin and blackwhips ricochet to make a Faux(Fake) 100%

Facts, if they're saying Deku is selfish for leaving the other students out of it they should also realize the students are being selfish for ignoring his wishes

Y’all hating on rob but he’s right 90% of the time

Panda

90% of a strech lmao, robs just super opinionated, and thinks loud = right. Which makes people hate the way he argues. He def isn't wrong all those times tho, dude just needs to take a step back emotionally and look at the situation a little more analytically than passionately. So he can explain himself rather than just shouting the same 1 line the entire time that he then has to clarify 20 min or a few reactions later.

HIM

He's not very articulate, so getting loud is all he knows lol. I'm not clowning, but I've grown up around too many people like Robbie to give him a hard time for being who he is. Rob and Pat are trolls 😆 Pat likes to troll the people, while Rob loves to troll the homes. It's annoying, sure, but it is what it is 🤷. He's not nearly as bad as people make him out to be, but he's gone off the deep end at time, no lie lol. Buy yeah, he's not the best with words, so when he makes his points, he sticks to what he can explain, and often times that means he'll say "This is like DC" and he'll keep repeating it everytime he finds a reason to back up his opinions.

Damn, I've always liked this show but before this season I could never say that I LOVED this show, and now I finally feel that way. They really goin' off. I'm fw Deku the long way, he definitely gotta get some rest though and eat a balanced breakfast and whatnot so he can get right but he handling business right now. Bakugo spit it the realest in this episode tho

Ore Ogunleye

Exactly what I’ve been saying. When Deku said he can move as fast as All Might could, he meant with his Faux 100% — which Deku implicitly compared to All Might’s speed when he first used it.

Stephen Walker

Well he has been 100 percent wrong about Deku for a while now...so there is that.

Stephen Walker

You know what. I have read the manga and I already know a lot about what is about to go down.

Stephen Walker

Bruh, Rob called Deku selfish......DEKU OF ALL PEOPLE. The whole reason he's even on demon time like this is to protect people. Its hard for me to side with bias people that are BIAS against a particular character for no reason. Yu talking about rob that was mad it wasnt Endevors son who showed up in that panel yall went wild in. I love Rob but come on yall.

Stephen Walker

Do we know if they are going to truly fight though? Lets wait and see before you call dude a clown

Othello1

Deku is literally about to fight his classmates because he wants to fight AFO by himself. That is clown behavior.

By the next episode, I wonder if they will actually get it from a psychological stand point. This entire series is so great because Deku's character develops very well based on the personality type he presents in the series. Logically, he's making the right call. Taking the responsibility of keeping the people safe by isolating himself from crowded populations. The 2nd wielder said it best, he has to stay on the move to not get caught by All for One who has people constantly after him and targeting him. Even Bakugo admits that normally, that's the best call to make as a hero. Realistically, everything that has happen so far has lead up to Deku feeling overwhelmed, having the literal weight of the world on his shoulders as a 16 year old boy. So he's making the logical call. The issue is Deku's strong sense of heroism and living in a world where people lives are in your hand and experiencing the trauma of feeling like the cause of not being able to save anyone. If you noticed in that last battle with Deku and All for one /shigaraki, he's constantly pushing himself to save everyone. He even says, i can't be useless, I still having saved anyone some time during the battle. Trying to protect everyone especially with the pressure of not only living up to All Might, but pretty much having to take on the mantle of 7 other wielders fighting this war between two brothers for who knows how long ago. lol What makes All for One so powerful isn't just the quirks but his knowledge of experience gained from his previous interactions with each wielder in the past and his natural ability to read behavior through emotions and personality types. Deku's actions are spot on with his personality and emotions, making his next moves pretty predictable and leaving him vulnerable from the guilt he has from not stopping ALL for One. The adults feel the same way so that's why they agree with Deku's action. The only thing needed though, is for Deku to not over do it and even more so being open/brave enough to having support by others even with the risk of All for one hurting them. It's crazy Rob doesn't like Deku especially after seeing how he has become such a strong willed character (literal will-power). This show's progression of characters is amazing.

Joshua Smith

Nah, definitely clown behavior, deku isn’t beating shigaraki and all for one by himself, especially no in the state he’s in, and all for one knows it.

God Bless you all
