I love this training arc in Udon prison. The circumstances, the setting, and the main character having agency and taking advantage of the necessity and opportunity to get stronger. In general the series has done a near perfect job with its training arcs. Even the LuffyAceSabo flashback was a training arc. Luffy really trained for 10 years straight before starting his adventure. That's really different from most shonen MC's. Rayleigh training arc is goated obviously. We really did get shown some different haki way back when. I remember debates about what that was back when the chapter first came out. These 2 episodes were some of the best Wano episodes so far. Animation and content was on point and very little stretching.
