To think that all she wanted was to be spared from the meetings and duties from those corrupt Kyoto bigwigs, she never done hurt nobody and did nothing wrong. It's crazy how Aki was able to get the upper hand on the Sword devil hybrid the first time despite still being injured from Kobeni stabbing him. If the Curse Devil didn't help him with his strikes then he wouldn't have been fast enough to stab him.

Everything about this show is treated with such care. The way it's animated, the music used, the pace they go at. It especially helps with how Fujimoto panels the manga which is basically a storyboard already so this easily translates to a different medium.

This is where chainsaw man begins I’ve read the whole manga and after this point I couldn’t stop reading it to where I rated chainsaw man’s manga to number one and after seeing this episode animated I’m in lost for words fire ass episode…MAPPA put they foot in this one…just know it’s only 8 episodes in and this story is just getting started we’re going to have plenty of epic moments from this show…but the music the cinematography the choreography was just amazing

Himeno basically offered her whole body up for the full power of the ghost devil, they didn’t become one cause if you’d looked closely each of himeno’s limbs were disappearing one by one, first right arm then left arm then her legs when it looked like she hit the ground saying she wants aki to cry for her then it took her whole body. At first she just gave up her right eye for the ghost hand so she technically didn’t have to offer up anything just to use the hand because she gave her whole eye.

I'm glad shit stopped after Himeno found that lollypop thing in Denji's pocket lol. His first time need to be with his actual girl Makima. I don't even look at Himeno the same now after the throw up scene 😭 Also glad Denji let it be known in front of her that his first time will be with Makima lmao. Aki can have Himeno lol. Second half of the episode went nuts though, no chill at all
