So basically, Iri is the conduit to allow the Grail to manifest. The Einzbern’s create Homunculi that effectively are used as vessels to make the Grail appear, so they’re walking, expendable bodies. Iri keeps saying that her life is basically going to end throughout the entirety of the series, because she will give up herself in order to make the Grail manifest. Her being alive or not doesn’t really matter, but it’s the fact that her body will be used to manifest the Grail is the actual important part. The scene at the end makes more sense at the end of the series as a whole, but this is one of those things where you have to watch the rest of the Fate series to understand; Fate/Zero is a prequel series, which is really convoluted because later entires in the Fate/ animation by Ufotable come much later, which allow Zero to make a lot more sense. I can understand y’all’s confusion because it literally isn’t elaborated in the animation and it expects you to know from past materials.

no it isn't lol. Archers VA in sub is 1000x better than the dub version. His VA in sub compliments archers character and personality so much dub can't compare.

kid what, im not no goddamn sub elitist there's some animes with good dubs that are better than sub. Cyberpunk for example. Fate just ISN'T a good dub compared to the sub. Literally doesn't have to do with anything.

Audio balancing has been a forever-issue with RT TV and no matter what new set-up or mics or studio or whatever they try, shit never works out. They just gotta hire a real deal tech guy to fix their shit cause it's always gonna be a problem.

honestly the dub for fate isn't bad. They actually have some really good VAs especially assassin's voice. Its also better for them and the audience, since its easier to follow.

Everything should be watched in it's original audio. Some dubs are ok but UBW dub is definitenly nowhere near as good as sub. Dub in general is far worse than sub
