Yeah as much as the anime is great for getting to the important parts, the inbetween fight moments its skips quite often which makes sense because of how long the manga is but sometimes a bit jarring

They wont, they do this so they can have time off and still be able to put out the videos they are expected to put out. Otherwise, if they have been doing every drop they record, there would be plenty of times(like now) where we would not be getting drops for a week or more.

Plus they want to drag out the releases to keep people subscribed longer since cobra kai is bringing in the most views atm. That's why there's no double eps. It's just the way it is.

Pat was spot on about the corkscrew being like a pressure point shot. The rotation of the fist is causing all the pressure from the punch to be focused into a single point. It's why successful outboxers typically have a triangle shaped fist instead of a flat one. They want their punches to penetrate because they're not going for raw power like an inboxer.
