Danzo was alright I think if they gave him more time they could've done much more with his character. I think his impact could've been more natural and better written. The stuff with him has to be explained a lot in the show which takes away from his impact as a character. He's still a good character tho.

well if it's wellz's first time watching the anime (i know he reads the manga) to say that he's gonna know every key dialogue moment is kinda crazy

One piece is also the second biggest comic book of all time only behind superman that came out in 1939 so it's crazy to think Naruto or Dragon Ball absolutely blow one piece out of the water in popularity.

The thing with multiple "big" hospitals containing doctors that are ignorant to White Lead's transfer is that the One Piece world does have information (like the books on Flevance that Doffy was reading) that White Lead isn't as bad as people think. BUT the White lead scare happened only within the last 10 years, on a single island, in a single city, and there was a ton of propaganda from neighboring states that really made it hard to know what was real, even for doctors in such a big world. Keep in mind even today, with the level of technology and communication we have, there are numerous times when doctors don't have the full knowledge of a given disease or sickness. With a limited source of surviving examples of white lead disease (cuz they hunted them down), research could've taken YEARS to fully understand the disease.

I think the point rob is trying to get across is more people have 'seen' danzo than doffy because he thinks naruto is more popular than one piece rather than 'know' because seeing someone and knowing someone are to completely different things. I dont agree with him because im sure everyone who has seen doffy knows him but in naruto's case I think a lot of people forget danzo because he's someone with not a lot of screentime who works from the shadows and is massively overshadowed by other characters. What Rob doesnt seem to understand is that seeing someone and forgetting about them does not mean you know them per say.

And I love how the whole time rob was arguing on the fact that how significant a person was in the show doesnt fit his 'criteria' but when wellz brought up when danzo actually showed up he switched up now saying who is more significant because it fits his narrative after being wrong this guy is hilarious

Bruh the funny thing is that, the thing wellz was reading was Danzo’s first appearance in shippuden. Danzo was never even in The Naruto show.
