As you're walking through a park, you see a girl that you consider a 9 or10 and she's reading something that you thought only you knew about and you've always had personal connection to it. She had just bought starbucks and was about to drink it, but someone who's in obvious distress sits next to her. Instead of drinking it herself, she gives her purchased Starbucks drink to the person and then says something to cheer the person up. She then closes "your" favorite book and gets up. As she's about to walk pass you, you can hear a song that you personally connect with coming out of her headphones. You two lock eyes and you realize everything about her face is perfect, but it goes even deeper than that when you realize she obviously sees something she likes about you as well. Then with a smile, nod, and a quick wave, she walks pass you because it's obvious she was on her lunch break for a job located in the towering building behind you, a building that only has the best of the best working in it. You turn around to see her one last time and notices that she's looking back at you while entering her building. She smiles again as she holds the door open for someone you think you'd probably befriend if you knew him. Suddenly someone shouts out a quote from your favorite show and you look around thinking it's toward you. But no, some person was shouting it to her as an inside joke and she laughs waving to the person before she walks in. The door closes behind her. You've just realized that you're no longer walking and just standing in the middle of the park. All of this happened in 30 seconds while you were walking towards your destination. I'm not saying that's love at first sight, but I'm not saying that it's impossible with a scenario like that.

No shit, thats mad coincidences all happening in one instant and if you over think it, it def will feel that way. Remember all of this is our own perspective on life and how we choose to interpret it. But of course if a person literally experiences a situation like that where everything she does somehow connects to him a deeper level, whether it be the book, her crazy generosity of giving up her whole cup of coffee to a random stranger, etc. they would feel a positive disposition towards them. You kinda went overboard & OD when you said "She smiles again as she holds the door open for someone you think you'd probably befriend if you knew him" how would you know you'd befriend a random person by looking at them?? U just added that in there for fluff to bolster your point, i get it
