marley's actions werent self defense. The king of the walls wanted peace. He kept his people lock in a cage so that the rest of humanity could live their lives. But Marley decided to persecute them further by sending titans to haunt them. If it werent for their doing that, its likely eren necer wouldve become the person he is today. Marley and the rest of the world already decided to genocide everyone on paradis island before ere even decided to attack. This includes eldian men woman and children. How is it fair that they are allowed to genocide a people who mean them no harm, but its wrong for the persecuted to retaliate? If it werent for marlean alliance to wage war, eren never would have felt the need to take such drastic measures to secure the future of his people. Im not saying killing innocent people is right, nor am i claiming that eren has the right to end their lives.
