Dope reaction. Just as a heads up Licht did transform his physical body. The body you see in the present that's half a sleep is a cloned body for Licht created by Sally (the mad scientist girl with the glasses ) to hold his soul. So his current body is a cloned body that his soul was placed into. Negative mana is mana from the underworld. The magic stones allows who ever wields them to draw power from the underworld. When you used mana from the underworld aka (negative mana) you are using forbidden magic. Negative mana allows you to do things that regular mana can't ( like regrowing your torso, turning into a giant demon, becoming turning into a dark elf) but in order to do these things, you need something that can channel the power of the underworld first. Also demon's and devils are different. Devils are naturally from the underworld while demons are created through forbidden magic. A person becomes a demon when they employ a tremendous amount of negative mana/forbidden magic to transform themselves + negative emotions. and a specific spell. They talked about forbidden magic multiple times in the series. They've stated in prior episodes that the magic stones draw on power from another world aka forbidden magic.

Licht was being overwhelmed by negative mana which is basically the devil corrupting his soul. Licht knew he would lose his body to the Devil and instead continued with HIS OWN forbidden magic to turn himself into a monster instead of letting the devil take his body. Anyone can invoke forbidden magic, it just has massive consequences. In this case, licht let it overflow which turned him into a straight demon.

Dope reaction, but yall make these long winded assumptions and miss important information or clues. Licht's four leaf turned into a five leaf in the ending flashback, and none of yall caught that. THe Devil resides in his grimoire not inside of Asta they have mentioned that thousands of times. They said 5 centuries or 500 years atleast 10 times and yall just caught it now. Secre and Lumiere both said Secre sealed Lumiere but yall are confused how hes back, especially with the magic stones. I am glad you all are enjoying it, but you miss out on hints and clues alot by talking over dub. Also yall fall for every red herring Tabata sets up. A shinobi must see past deception

Great reaction, I just hope y'all listen to the what most people are saying in the comments. Y'all are missing details due to constant assumptions/predictions rather than just trying to enjoy the ride. I think maybe try holding some of the assumptions until the end would be better to make more realistic predictions after fully watching the episode.

Can yall stop spoiling, the full information/origin and rules regarding to Asta's demons and grimoire have NOT been fleshed out at this point in the series. Even in the show the main character is guessing and has no idea, or the truth could be different than what the show leads the viewer to know up to this point. Yall need to chill, as much as you demand them to on a constant basis for reacting and not knowing the answers in a blind reaction series.
