Wholesome moment between Byakuya and Rukia, from him saving her, their conversation and him apologizing. It's like he's a different person now, that's good character development. He was already my favorite character before but this just solidified him. Looks like Ichigo got him with talk no jutsu. Shout out to Jerry's prediction, "Kuchiki might come to a realization of how he should care more about his sister Rukia." Renji took a lot of L's this arc but he's still my favorite.

woooow guys u still forgetting that kenpachi is a captain and the only captain to become a captain without mastering shikai and Bankai but still can put up a fight with other captain now just take a min and think here now think bout how much of a power up if kenpachi master shikai and then on top of that master Bankai which increases a soul reaper power five to ten times stronger boy only thing i gotta say Wellz keep kenpachi on your list cuz the rest of you guys honestly i don't think ya'll paying attention to this anime.

That applause was very apt! Glad you're loving the show so far. As someone who started watching Bleach at the age of 8, it's very interesting to rewatch it alongside you guys. I think I was like 14 when I finished the show and I'm just now finding out how much I missed (or simply forgot ofc) the first time around. I hope you'll get around to watching the films too.

yo the reason why rukia cant run is because when she was in the prison cell they said the wall were made of seki seki which absorbs spiritual energy so she is basically on empty and she still hast got her soul reaper abilities back since she gave them to ichigo

kisuke put the hyogakou in her to hide it but he also put her in a gigai that he made specifically to turn her into a human to destroy the hyogakou thats why aizen was trying to rush the execution so he could destroy the gigai to save the hyogakou
