Rob really said Goblin Slayer was better than FMAB. And people expect me to take Rob serious. All of Rob arguments for disliking Al was nonsense. But then again this is the man who likes Zenitsu from Demon slayer who constantly cries but hates Midoriya for crying. Really can’t take Rob serious at all. 100% a troll.

Hughes, Fu, Buccaneer, Hohenheim and Greed died. Ed sacrificed his alchemy and kept his metal leg as well. HOW IS IT NOT REALISTIC ROB????????? If Al didn’t get his body back then Ed failed to achieve his goal which goes against the themes of the show and also sucks imo. Ed getting Als body back was heart warming and needed. A Happy ending is just as satisfying and fulfilling as a sad ending and honestly Im glad it was a happy ending cos they been through a lot.

Yeah FMAB is definitely up there on my Mt. Rushmore of anime alongside Cowboy Bebop, HxH, and Death Note.

All time list for me, definitely top 5. It’s one of the classics of anime, and I think it deserves its high ranking among anime fans. People that usually don’t like this anime are people that didn’t pay attention very much.

It’s funny how Rob said fmab isn’t realistic for lack of deaths and clowns the old man Fu for dying, but then says HxH isn’t a comparison. If i recall, apart from OLD MAN Netero dying, who else died in hxh?????? Fmab has way more important characters dying than hxh despite Hunter X Hunter being 3 times the length. If fmab isn’t realistic then hunter x hunter isn’t realistic either

nah I think Rob is right being disappointed with the lack of "equivalent exchange" at the end. Fasho the story did a great job wrapping everything up but the theme of the whole show was based around the idea that "life pays for death" and the reality that Ed and Al created from their ignorance. I would still put this on my Mt. Rushmore regardless but if Al woulda accepted the destiny they manifested and come to terms with the idea that him sacrificing his purpose (getting his body) to save the WORLD, to me, would of been a perfect thematic symbol to encapsulate the give/take of the universe and the preciousness of a mortal life. Still a damn-near flawless story but I feel where Rob is coming from.

Yeah, but the whole point of the anime was for these two brothers to get a body back and his arm back. Ed used him alchemy in the beginning to try to bring their mother back and instead cost Al his body. I think it’s amazing story telling having Ed sacrifice his alchemy for his brother’s body back. It goes full circle from the beginning and that’s what makes this whole anime one of the greatest. Rob has literally been hating on Al since the beginning, so of course he would continue to say negative things. The only way he’d ever change his mind is if Al died.

Rob is a troll, if you haven't noticed that by now you haven't been here long lol. I think the crew forgot when Al fought Kimblee and Pride at the same time, even with a philosopher's stone that's not an easy thing to do. Dude can turn up when he needs to but I'll admit the others have had better feats so he gets downplayed. I definitely put Hunter x Hunter above this show but it's still in my top 5.

From the shows I have watched so far I'd rank it: Hunter x Hunter > Samurai Champloo > Attack on Titan > FMAB/Naruto > Death Note/Demon Slayer/Dr. Stone. It's hard to rank Demon Slayer and Dr. Stone since they only have 1 season so far but their respective seasons are amazing and the potential for the story is insane. Dr. Stone isn't too crazy on the action though so idk if yall would like it but I still think it's worth giving a shot and hope yall watch it one day.

It’s a top 5 for me personally and I’d recommend it as a good dub. This anime gets dark and emotional as shit so I’m glad the ending is cheesy like this. The storyline was fire, it really seemed like a full bodied arc and I feel like an arc is only as solid as your antagonist. This really was fire all across the board.

While I can't say I'd put FMAB in my personal top 5, I recognize it as probably the best constructed anime. The pacing, story, characters and animation are perfect for anime vets and newcomers alike.

Fuck @Robcity. Seriously though, what a colossal idiot. The inability to critically think through abstract concepts, sometimes very simple things like Alphonse's safe return, is astounding. You dumb fuck. Thank you to the rest of the crew for holding it down on the decent reviews on the show. I paid for this shit. Its quality content you gave me, but damn, the stupidity is something I may have to consider for the future.

Yeah he was off this reaction he seemed out of it and so salty, he just yawned and complained most the time. The whole show is about getting their bodies back and rob cant even be happy for them when they do bcus “there was no casualties” when in fact there were 4: Fu, Buccaneer, Greed and Hoenheim. Not to mention all the countless soldiers that lost their lives against these FUHKIN HOMUNCULI. Rob always trying to force counter arguments / opinions instead of just being happy and enjoying the show like everyone else. He cares more about calling stuff and being right more than the actual content sometimes its sad. That being said Robbie is still that man, when hes happy its always lit af this show had been so depressing he just wasn’t ready / feeling the happy ending with the fight against father
