Pat was right. Andrea was already dead because of Jesse's first jailbreak. Jesse couldn't kill Todd because the second that Uncle Jack can't reach Todd on the phone, the Nazis will hunt and kill Brock. Jesse escaping doesn't matter to himself because he knows he's responsible for Andrea dying and doesn't want the same thing to happen to Brock. That's why Jesse only kills Todd in the finale when all the others are dead. He needs to be sure or else he'll get Brock killed like Andrea

nah, the report on Lydia is only hours after Walt's call to her. She was never going to die right away. It's slow-acting poison. The report also stated that she wasn't expected to survive
