They had to get a new studio because the movie didn’t do well so the studio dropped them and studio dean picked them up. The animation is bearable but I kinda feel like I can’t enjoy the fights the same with them covering the blood and hearts. They even covered the swords that killed Meliodas in that flash back.

From reading the manga up to date. There is some great fights to be seen animated in this arc of the story . It’s different from reading than watching it animated. Watching it being animated shows more of the story and fight scenes. I can’t wait for more episodes it’s gonna be 🔥🔥

Season 2's animation was lower quality than Season 1. So, I'm not the most pressed about that. The censoring is slightly agitating, though.
