Don’t worry, the selection isn’t being moved up one day. Pouf was talking about the Post-Selection schedule. Killua is mostly concerned about whether the King will really be in the throne room when they begin their mission.

I'm not sure if yall figured this out but the reason the king and royal guard don't know the kings name(meruem) is because they were not there when the queen spoke it as she was dying. The only ones who were there were colt, netero, morel, and knov.
