Yeah, I believe Maggie was upset at Glenn because of the fact he was making it all about his feelings and how hurt he was when it wasn't about him. Last episode, when Rick and Glenn had that argument after Daryl left, Maggie specifically said that she didn't want to talk about it or that they'll talk about it later but Glenn being up in his own feelings (which I can definitely understand), started throwing it out there. It's also why here Maggie was all like "You happy now? Is that what you wanted to hear?" She didn't want to talk about it or at least she wasn't ready to, but Glenn made it about him as opposed to how she was feeling or what she wanted.

I think the problem with any all out attack like this is the noise inevitably draws a bunch of walkers to your location. So I think the best strategy lis to hit hard and fast like the Governor did, then dip before you get overun by whatever walkers show up to investigate all the noise you just made.

LOL Dude. The Governor wasn't mad at Merle because he brought Glenn and Maggie back, which lead to Rick and Co. coming to save them. -- He was pissed and started to distrust Merle because Merle reported back to him and said Michonne was DEAD after going after her. (Y'all must've been talking to each other during that part.) But as we all know Merle was trying to cover up his fuck-up after getting his own men killed by Michonne, and even killed one of them himself. The Governor believed Merle was telling the truth, until.... Well whatta ya know! Guess who's waiting in the Governor's bedroom to kill his ass the night of Rick's attack on Woodbury. THAT'S why he turned on Merle.
