This was when I KNEW Shane wasn't a leader. Yeah, he could blow walkers away all day but when it came down to the hard shit, he couldn't do it. "Everyone wants to be the leader until it's time to make the tough call." Shane couldn't. Rick could.

That's a Mid-Season finale for ya! This season only has 13 episodes so 7 is MS Finale & 8 is MS Premiere. But from now on with 16 episode Seasons it will be 8 & 9. Similar to GoT Premieres, FInales & episode 9's. So stay prepared for them! One of the most memorable episodes of the series!

Great Reaction guys. This episode stills gets me. Carol & Daryl devastated, Rick ticked off at Shane, Herschel was convinced the walkers , his wife and stepson were in there, just got murdered..so lots going on..YES this show is a crazy wild ride and fans like me are hardcore and love this show. We know what's coming next and cant wait to see you all react. Do you have a schedule for posting TWD so we know how many times a week you will react and when? Thanks

I get where Shane is coming from and I even agree with a lot of the things he was yelling about...but c'mon! Breaking the lock and opening the barn full of walkers with a bunch of unarmed people AND a child present within 30 feet with VERY little warning is inexcusably dangerous. It was more dangerous than keeping them locked up honestly. Then of course Shane basically jeopardized the whole group's chance to stay on the farm with how reckless he was being AND it was also such a huge waste of ammo when they could've dealt with the walkers differently and more quietly. Even more worse is the fact that when it came down to it in the end with the Sophia thing, Shane couldn't even bring himself to do the hard thing. Rick had to do it.

lol this is Shane at both his best and worst. I won’t front. When I first saw this episode years ago..it got me right in the feels. I may have cried a bit..or rather..got choked up. Love the reactions. Can’t wait to see more. I hope there’s some kind of schedule so we know when to come lookin for some TWD.

Shane (John Bernthal) is an incredible actor! That last scene is firee! But damn the rest of the cast was just as good. Glenn's talk with Maggie, Lori's talk with Shane, Ricks talk with Hershal... People sleep on the walking dead but this show was and still is amazing. Loving the reactions

John Bernthal and Andrew Lincoln are in another league, but the others definitely supported them very well and they all just work even better as the show goes on

For a minute I thought you guys gave up on the walking dead I was like I knew it they wouldn't finish lol. This episode had me in shock.

Lynell Twiner

Next episode please.....lol

I think it was important for Rick to shoot walker-Sophia to further show Hershel that, this is it, this is shit we gotta do now no matter who it is. I been waiting for you to see this one!!

They release an episode almost every day...except when they don't. That's pretty much the schedule.

Shane is too much too early into the Apocalypse, he cares only about what matters to him (sign of a bad guy)- Rick doesnt want to be leader in fear of making a mistake with so many peoples lives in his hands but that quickly changes. The wick starts to slow burn right here. Season 3 is my favorite to date.
