The kitsune related ones seem to always make sure to point out the knot in the scene, as for weather or not the knot is needed for said scenes, then no, no such thing comes to mind

Honestly it’s the opposite problem with Kitsune, you can knot almost all of them, and impreg the majority, but on the fem side you only have Keros, and Taka who was never finished.
