Heyo! 3 PSDs and a lower than usual amount of sketches this week. ( In my description it says I'll have 10+ sketch files a week but I only have 9 this week! ;O; That's what happens when you aim for 3 finished images a week all of the sudden ) I did some study stuff at the start of the week then spent a bunch of time trying to get images done!

This next week or 2 I may experiment with a looser more painterly style for my finished images but we'll see what happens! I feel like the recent weeks have been me trying to study things and then having to render for hours and hours to get my lineart colored for the sunday update haha. I'd really like to learn a looser style that doesnt require more or less a full day of coloring OTL.

I'm drawing a lot of feet recently. I'm not into feet in a fetishy way I just need to learn how to draw those dang things since I put it off for a long time and feet are super important for grounding figures!

(Hope you americans have a good fourth of july today too!)

feet are sweet

Couldn't agree more on feet. I have no interest, but seeing so many characters cut off at the knees because feet are viewed as such a low-value-high-difficulty part of the drawing gets old really fast...

You can often get a lot more creative with your composition if you crop your characters here and there and since you generally want to show faces the feet are often the thing to go ( and cropping the feet under the knees looks awful generally ) I don't mind not seeing feet that much but I do really like well drawn feet!

Indeed! Tho most of my characters have little hooves.. But they're still kinda plantigrade. I want to be good at drawing toes anyways!
