New episodes and Legends of Runeterra gameplay (Patreon)

Hey guys,

so it happened - I have finally tried Legends of Runeterra - and recorded my first attempts! Depending on the response I might be recording some more of my exploring in the game, card games tend to be a little addictive and for sure ain't gonna fight that, haha.

Also, I uploaded next Spy x Family episode, as well as next FMAB - it's the one with the dog that apparently created a meme, I had not idea but for sure the episode was a bit dark and disturbing, unexpectedly so.

Well, now that you have been properly traumatized, we can give you the official welcome to the FMAB fandom! I think this episode was the one that really sparked my interest into reaction channels, as I felt that I needed to see it through someone else eyes to fully process it. It was just that disturbing for me on a first watch. There are some other episodes in the show that are quite dark, but this definitely takes the cake. Some notes on the episode: 1. I think you already figured this out, but that chimera that only said "I want to die" was Shou Tucker's wife. We can only imagine how horrible it should have been for her. No wonder she just let herself die. 2. The previous episode was mostly about the excesses of religion. In this episode we witnessed the excesses of science. It just gets to show that no tool is inherently good or evil, it all depends on the way it is used. 3. In the first version of the anime Nina hangs around the brothers for a few episodes before she is transformed into a chimera. Also, in that version she asks Ed: "Why does it hurt this much?" So, yeah, that version is even darker than this one. 4. In the manga, when a character dies in a given chapter the author would draw an extra page at the end showing them going to heaven. Shou Tucker, however, is the only one shown going straight to hell. 5. At the end of the episode Scar says: "God, two souls have been returned to you". It's generally agreed that he is referring to the souls of Nina and Alexander and that no consideration is given by him to Shou Tucker. By the way, as someone already mentioned in one of your Youtube comments, this show will present us with quite a bit of moral dilemmas. One of the first ones is Scar's decision to kill Nina and Alexander. He clearly saw it as a mercy killing, but, was he right? Or would it have been better to let them live in their current form? I would be very interested in knowing your opinion on this one. The next few episodes will start teasing what the actual main plot of the show is. More information will be revealed in episode 1x14 which is the season finale, so I'm glad that you are planning on recording at least that much.

Points 3 and 4... holy shit. That is very dark indeed. Have you read the manga then? When it comes to your question Krul - it feels impossible to give a proper reply. I know I wouldn't have made such a fast decision as he did. Maybe after a while they'd find a way to function and find some form of happiness? But do we decide for them if that is what they want, do we have the right? They were unhappy in the moment, understandably so. Nina possibly more as she lost her father in more than one way. But do we kill off someone because they aren't happy? Or because they function in a shape that isn't adequate to what they used to be? I'll try to briefly discuss in the intro of the next episode. What do you think?

Hello Ola, Remember I said there's an episode where I needed a break because of how dark it got... well this is the one. Needed like a week or two before I continued. The episode started off happy and took a dark turn out of nowhere. That's when I realize that this series is going be really good. I also had no idea that this was a meme. I'm also learning a lot by just reading krul comments. So I do appreciate that. I finally started watching your spy family reactions. I'm on 1x05. As I said many times before... I'm using your season 1 reaction as a recap before I start season 2. Want to watch season 2 before the movie comes out in theaters in the U.S. but they still haven't confirmed a release date for the movie... which tells me I still have plenty of time. It came out in Japan a month ago. So, I assume it will probably release worldwide in the late spring or summer time. If you get caught up on time, will you be going to the theaters or reacting to it when it comes out on stream? I like how you keep mentioning that your grateful that you don't have to worry about your ships getting ruin on spy family like they do with AoT (Histotia and Ymir)... which is funny because those spy family reactions was before you seen the Aot finale... before you knew the fate of Mikasa and eren. If only you knew then.
