New AoT and Spy x Family! (Patreon)

Hey guys,

in case you missed this weekend I uploaded 4x01 and 4x02 of Attack on Titan to the folder - so far so good! Also, as promised I started recording my next anime that was picked here on Patreon and that's Spy x Family - so very excited, first episode was simply amazing, funny, wholesome, sad, emotional and serious enough, I think it's going to be a great ride :) especially with season 2 coming soon in October. I think Fullmetal Alchemist would be my next serious serious show after AoT and after Spy x Family we're gonna go for maybe She-Ra or Owl House, will see, I think She-Ra got the most votes but yeah, that's in the future. So episode 1x01 is now in the folder and I hope I'll manage to keep my schedule with both these shows as I still wanna push forward with AoT.

Nice to see your reaction to Spy x Family, it is such a wholesome show I think you'll keep loving it. Since you have been reacting more often to AOT, I guess I should mention again that it is recommended to watch episodes 4x05--4x07 in one sitting. If you are feeling adventurous, episodes 4x05--4x08 wrap the story better. You mentioned that you don't like recording long sessions but, removing the intro and outro songs, the total running time of the four episodes is about 80min, which is actually the running time of the premiere episode of The Last of Us, lol. Talking about the outro song, its lyrics are actually quite interesting. The reason the dinner scene with Reiner and his family seems 'scary/dramatic' was because of what you noticed - he was lying, or, at least trying to. He tried to describe the people of Paradis as 'savage, heartless devils,' yet the examples and traits he mentioned were that of normal people, those you might even find in your friends (Sasha sharing a potato, Connie being silly, etc). They were shocked to hear them described as anything other than devils as hatred for them is so deeply rooted in propaganda, brainwashing, and other aspects of their daily life. Reiner wants to genuinely talk about his experience on Paradis (he definitely needs therapy lol) yet he knows he can't, as Marley could always be listening in as you saw at the end of the episode and that would gravely endanger his family.
