Discord Linked (Patreon)

Welp I just got a Discord server set up and linked to the Swole and higher tiers. So if you already had your discord synced up to Patreon you may find yourself with a new server on your list all of the sudden. Depending on how often you use Discord this will generally just mean quicker access to posts I make through it. Also a general chat room for everyone even outside Patrons but we'll see just how active it ends up being.
