Title is WIP as heck, I have been at a very heavy loss as to what to call this series; which is going to be random events in the life of my muscle girl characters; some will have a direct continuity, some will be more self-contained, but I wanted to make something that lets me flesh out these girls more in a slice-of-life kind of way. That said lets get on with the story:

“Hmmm~” Jenna sighed contentedly as she sprawled her massive form on her bed.

“Nothing better than a mid-afternoon nap” she thought to herself, reaching over and starting the playlist on her phone, “And this music is perfectly relaxing.”

She already found herself slowly lulling into sleep by the tunes. Still, it had surprised her, Jenna knew next to nothing about video games up until a couple years ago, she’d never expected a game’s soundtrack, of all things, to be this peaceful. She’d have to thank Kayla for introducing her to I-

-WUMP-

-BAM-

“FUCK!”

Speak of the devil...”Well, so much for that...” Jenna hoisted herself up, made her way to the door to Kayla’s room, and knocked softly. “You alright in there?” her question met with a stifled grumbling. She opened the door and stepped in to find Kayla rubbing the back of her head, sitting on her crooked bed. The scene was clear: The last foot of her bed frame that had been intact, the one against the corner, had finally given out under Kayla’s weight and she’d slammed her head against the back wall as a result.

“I told ya you should have just replaced the whole frame.” Jenna stated matter-of-factly.

“Yeah yeah...” Kayla responded with a grimace, getting up, “Just hand me one of those blocks.”

Jenna stepped out into the hallway and casually grabbed a big cinderblock out of a small pile they’d gotten. Over the last year or so they’d been replacing a lot of furniture legs with these. Returning, Kayla reached under her bed and lifted the entire thing with one hand as though it was light as a feather, caught the cinderblock like it was no more than a baseball as Jenna tossed it to her, put it in place, and set the bed back down on its new leg, discarding the now legless bed frame.

Kayla sighed, annoyed. She looked from her cinderblock-reenforced bed, to the the Kayla-shaped crater in its mattress, to the pile of torn, ruined clothes that had been building in the corner, to the cracks and dents in the walls and doorframe that meant their deposit was long gone...

“Alright, I think...” Kayla started.

“Hmm?”

“We need to get some help. I’m losing my shit dealing with all this. We should talk to Michelle”

“Yeahhhh...and I’ve been saying this since the beginning. But youuu insisted we were fine. ‘We can get stuff from the big and tall’, you said, and we did.”

“I know-”

“ ‘We can just get some bricks to replace the legs with’, you said. ‘I’ll stop breaking stuff once I get more used to it’ you said.” Jenna continued.

“Alright. I get it, Jen. But you could have talked to her too, you know”

I don’t know her, Kay. She’s your friend not mine.”

Was my friend." Kayla corrected, a look of sadness came across her face for a moment, "But... time to bite the bullet I guess.”

“There ya go.” Jen smiled slightly, glad Kayla wasn’t being stubborn about it anymore...slightly.

“Well, no better chance to turn things around then, right?” Another, more cheery voice chimed in from above them as Aesther phased in, upside down, through the ceiling. “Mind if I come along? I’ve been getting real stir crazy.”

“You sure that’s ok, Aes? Not gonna freak anyone out will you?”

Their ghostly third roommate hand-waved the remark. “You guys can because you know I’m here, but it doesn't seem like anyone else can see or hear me unless I want em to. I’ve even been testing it out, scared the hell out of that one guy...”

Kayla chuckled at that last bit, “Alright. Well, I think I know where we can find her. You're gonna want to stop by the store anyway, right?” Jenna gave her a puzzled look until she motioned to her hair.

Jenna whipping around to the nearest mirror, checking her roots, "Ah Feckin hell." She cursed under her breath at the red peeking out.

Stifling another laugh at Jenna slipping back into her accent, Kayla sat down on the edge of her bed, “If we leave in an hour or so maybe we can just grab dinner somewhere afte-”

-CRAK-

Without the bed frame to reenforce it, the boxspring cracked down the middle like balsa wood. Kayla went into a silent rage, staring at the floor fiercely with tightly pursed lips.

.....

Jen piped in, “You wanna just go now?”

“Yeah. Lets just go now.”

So there you have it. I have the image attached to download full size. This first one I'm not gonna time-exclusive on here but afterwards they will be. Uhh what else? Oh, the posters in her wall wouldn't....actually those images I just put em in for fun, more realistically they would have been real game posters or band posters.

Very cute and very fun. I like the in-world muscle story you are putting together.
