Aesther Gets Pumped (Patreon)

Another sketch I drew last year for a Halloween request and I really enjoyed, so I made a couple small tweaks to improve the shape and finished it.

Aesther enjoying pumping herself up on a tank of some sort of muscle-growth-causing gas, just seems to be causing some additional expansion in the chest region, which in turn is blocking her view of the expansion in the belly region. She may or may not be as thrilled about the buffgut when she finds out.

I know everyone is here mostly for muscle stuff, but I do dabble in other expansions, so long as its not replacing muscle content shouldn't be an issue right?
