Only for China, others is not a issue. Because they don't follow the rule.

I just dont understand why you always put the blame on all chinese when it's just kinna personal behavior that you might not have a clue of who did it, and make it a regional or racial discrimination. If you do know who break the rules, you should know the account number. If you do not, why only China?

Taiwan always blame chinese for littering everywhere, but this year, even without chinese tourists, your parks are still in mess. America is the primary source of cheats (Cheat happends, wemod, PUBG cheats,etc ). We know that these are just personal problems so we never call you guys litterer or cheater, yet you people just blame every thing on chinese even there is nothing to do with chinese ( some Taiwan student litter, speak loudly in public area and say they are from china mainland, no offence, but you know what i mean), dont you think this is not fair?

Just don’t understand why Chinese get all the blame when shit happens lol. We can’t tell where is this person come from your post unless you do have a source of leaks. Let’s see what will those people who actually leaked your pics do next month what if you ban the wrong follower.

I’m a fan of you for half a year and I do like your works. But what you did today isn’t a very proper solution. I understand how you feel we people leak your pics many times. But THIS move really hurt the feeling from the very few Chinese who you do not hate, includes me. Hope you will find a better way.

Not taking sides here, but there's two problems. One, they know from tracking or watermarks exactly who the person is. Lots of creators use these tools. Two, China does not recognize copyright law so there are no legal revenues when it happens. I don't like it either but that's how things are.
