Note-to-all: Fasting is amazing. I started practicing fasting for the past few months as a tool within my Flexible diet lifestyle. beside all of the amazing health benefits (just search the 3-day water fasting) the combination of the mental clarity boost and the fact that I'm not eating (so: I don't spend time preparing my meal, eating it and washing the dishes etc) makes for an insane boost in productivity. highly recommended!
