"Ha-ha" is mother, "Chi-chi" is father. Both are used as a form of respect. Most often used for families of nobility, or maybe big companies that get passed down, things of that nature. There are exceptions, especially in anime. Not often used in a day-to-day setting in real life. I've most often heard "okaa-san" (mother/mom) and "otou-san" (father/dad). In the case of SxF, it's both a form of respect (because Loid and Yor are so fucking awesome and badass), and it's just really damn cute to hear Anya address them like that. I can't even picture Anya saying okaa-san and otou-san. Though I guess the alternative would've been more like mama and papa lol.
