I'm gonna make some things a little more clear that have already been revealed so far in the show: Firstly Kars and Esidisi are like nobility and are the lords of the pillarmen, with Kars being senior to Esidisi. Wamuu and Santviento (the first pillar man we met) are like bodyguards for them, but Wamuu is stronger and more valued so he travels with the two lords. So basically Kars is the leader, Esidisi is his second-in-command, Wamuu is their respected bodyguard, and Santviento is their guard dog that they probably sick on people they don't want to waste time with. Secondly the pillarmen are pretty unique in their personalities and pecking order, as we've seen so far. Kars is above it all and is mainly focused on his grand plans but you can see in this episode when he kills the drunk drivers to save the stray dog that he dislikes meaningless death and even cares for the innocent, which is probably why he preferred to have their group just leave without killing Jojo and them all in the beginning. Esidisi is more laid back and probably just enjoys being immortal and strong, so he doesn't have many principles or ambitions which is probably why you don't like him haha. Wamuu is ruthless but also honorable and fair, mainly because of his warrior lifestyle as their bodyguard. Santviento we don't see much of before he died, but the other three are interesting as they have their own individual perspectives on things even though they're a group so I'd keep an eye out for these differences. Santviento and Esidisi are dead, but Kars and Wamuu are a lot deeper than either of them imo.
