A few licks? They still were pretty damn strong, so they did work on Omni-Man. I wouldn't say that Debbie KNOWS, but she's just put off by his behavior of late. The way she's acting seems to be implying that before we see them in this series, they were a pretty chill fam. He saves the world all the time, had a tense relationship of mutual tolerance with the Guardians of the Globe, and Mark was just a normal high school kid. A normal family with a Superman-esque husband/father. Then as of recently, and seemingly since Mark got his powers even, his behavior has been changing, and Debbie's taking notice of that. She's put off by it, but I don't think she has much idea why yet.

Gotta admit, as misguided as Omni-Man seems to be, he's pretty damn badass. "My turn"... and then pops off. And the animation in that last sequence was epic.
