Have you seen Xtro? Is a really cheesy horror movie from the 80's about a guy who gets abducted by aliens and comes back to earth to take his son to the alien planet (because it's so hot shit there apparently). It's really gross, a woman gives birth to a full grown man.

It was Bob Lazar that coined the term Area 51. He was the guy that actually exposed it in the first place. There’s a fascinating documentary called ‘Bob Lazar: Area 51 and the flying saucers’ which I’d highly recommend!
