I once again find myself scone-faced to realise I've never done a pod about something as obvious as my favourite TV show. If I could figure out exactly what it is about this show that gives me the warm fuzzies, I'd bottle and sell it. It's even more puzzling when I tell you that I find every character to be more irritating and objectionable than the last. Airing between 2006 and 2011 immediately after Desperate Housewives for the entirety of its run, Brothers & Sisters is an American family drama that focuses on Nora Walker and her 5 annoying kids, who argue about absolutely every tiny thing in their palatial Californian home.

The comment about the Art Attack game has unlocked such a deep memory. It was so shit but I lapped it up as a kid. The dial up sound used to really creep me out when I was little. I used to leave the room while it happened. Have you watched Baby Reindeer? I think it’ll be right up your street, especially with how fascinated you are about liars. I don’t know if it would be able to fill a pod but would be an interesting one for a future episode. As always, love you girls and love the pod.

And just when I think we know all of each others’ slang between the US & the UK…. “Wet weekend” (!!) has somehow never crossed my path. It sounds like a euphemism for a scandalous weekend affair. Though I guess “wet blanket” could be interpreted as something filthy also… PS didn’t know the background of the password scene in Brothers & Sisters but it’s extra funny now as my parents did the SAME THING with initials and the password on our early-internet computer!
