Behind the Scenes: Sebastian Concept Art (Patreon)

Our first vote for behind the scenes content ended with an overwhelming majority that wanted to see Sebastian's concept art.

This is the first concept art we made of Sebastian. As he was among the first dragons we designed, his style looks a little different. 

Throughout development of Angels with Scaly Wings, the art and style of the character designer evolved in ways that later prompted us to update the art for certain characters so it reflected what's visible in the game. 

However, we did not do this for Sebastian - which is why we haven't shown off this art until today.

By the time we started Angels with Broken Hearts, we asked one of the comics' artists to make a similar image of Sebastian - both to have an image more in line with the evolving style, and to see her own take on the character.
