Book of Demons:
Be’elzebub, the Pinnacle of Gluttony.
Demon type: Seven Deadly
Danger level: Immense.
Power scale: Continental
Specialty: Void and Erasure magic
“One of the strongest demons of hell, and one of the Seven Deadly, the summoner must be very cautious when conjuring this demon. Anything less than a ninth tier sealing spell will result in failure, leaving the demon completely free to do as it wishes.
Although one of the strongest physically and magically, Be’elzebub is known to be one of the more reasonable demons and can be negotiated with if presented with an enticing enough offer… however, that’s not saying much. All demons, no matter how reasonable, are entirely selfish creatures and will take more than you’re willing to give.
Be’elzebub‘s only interest seems to be in it’s gluttonous appetite. Plentiful options of food is STRONGLY recommended in bargaining, and if available, multiple mortal souls.
If summoning and sealing is successful, Be’elzebub’s uses are wide and varied. As it is one of strongest demons, it is well suited for combat, body guarding, and as source of potent magic. However, Be’elzebub is not the wisest demon, and is prone to forgetfulness as it’s mind is almost always on it’s next meal, so supervision may be required.
Be’elzebub’s sexual drive seems to be tied to it’s appetite. As such, the hungrier it gets, the more predominant its sexual aggression becomes. It would be wise to prepare a sexual outlet for the demon prior to summoning, as Be’elzebub’s urges can spike an any random time.
Because of Be’elzebub’s immense power, it is more vital than ever that you ALWAYS follow the rules of demon summoning to the letter (see ‘Demon Summoning for Dummies’ for details). Any misstep, or if the seal somehow breaks, and the results will likely be fatal. Be’elzebub’s favourite form of punishing ignorant summoners is to eat them alive through any orifice it pleases, and anyone else it can get its hands on before the spell fades.
In conclusion, the risks of summoning this demon outweigh the possible rewards. Be’elzebub should only be summoned for tasks befitting its power level, for example; world domination.”
