Nero WIP (Patreon)

Nero was the name of a Roman Emperor. Seems like a nod towards this guy's secret allegiance with Caesar. He's actually pretty damn evil. He's going to raid the NCR embassy and unleash a poisonous gas on the Strip to kill all the civilians after helping overthrow Mr. House. Do you think Mr. House knows what he's up to?

My goal is to have this guy in-game by Wednesday. Won't take long to do, but my time is short with work early this week.
