Upcoming Video Stuff (Patreon)

Afternoon!

The Marathon video is done and out, and I'm very glad I was doing enough outlining for a general trilogy video as juggling all of this together is a doozy. Everything with the eyes went well, though it'll be some weeks or months until I see light fully properly again. The especially good news on this front is it's made editing videos especially more tolerable at a better pace since I didn't even realize how much I was straining my eyeballs before. Also bought some the newest version of Vegas, and in an absolute first for the platform it never crashed once while editing the Marathon video which seems to be some kind of divine sign. Vegas has generally taught me to save every 2 minutes and the timeline would hang up, slow down and crash more frequently the bigger the video got and this hasn't happened at all this round. This should especially make working on the longer videos a lot more tolerable.

There's a dungeon crawler game coming up next, as I realize it's interesting enough to cover by itself and going into Marathon 2 before doing it will make some things a lot more complicated to explain. When Marathon is all said and done there'll be a few options for what comes directly after, possibly Homeworld Deserts of Kharak, something new that comes out, or something even I don't know yet. The RPGs will continue a video or two after this point since Marathon alone is starting to consume my brain and I mentally wouldn't be able to keep track of any other complex game storylines at the same time I don't think.

So all is good and on schedule. I'm damn happy to be back at it.
