DSAS small hotfix V4.9.5 - Sekiro Ingame Reload (Patreon)

Just a small hotfix which implements "Force Ingame Entity Reload Now" for Sekiro v1.06.

I'm still hard at work on the upcoming Version 5 update, but wanted to get this done real quick since there's a ton of people modding Sekiro right now.
