Banned from paypal (Patreon)

Hello everyone. My paypal just got shut down. I've been using it for Ko-fi and Patreon since 2018. I made the account under a discreet nickname. The funds stored in it reached a limit and I was asked to confirm my identity. They asked for a ID / Driver's license and utility bill. Paypal could not confirm my identity because the names didn't match. I tried to change the nickname to my real name so it matches but NO, Paypal would not let any name change unless it's a typo. So I reached their contact line through Paypal Messages. Here's how it went:

Me: Can you remove my limitation please?
Staff: Yes please upload your ID for confirmation
Me: I did, and the docs were rejected.
Staff: Thank you for your reply, please wait 3-5 days for processing.
Me: Hello? I submitted twice and it's rejected
[18 hours pass]
Staff: I understand your concern. To remove the limitation, please make sure your ID is legible
Me: My ID is legible, sadly I registered using a nickname. Can I change my nickname to my real name to confirm my identity?
Staff: Yes, please go to settings > profile > and change your name.
[ screen showing NAME CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED, UNLESS IT IS A TYPO]
Me: Hello, I am unable to change my name to confirm my identity.
Staff: Please upload your ID and Utility Bill for confirmation to lift your limitation.
Me: Alright, trying again.
[ YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE REJECTED, THE NAMES DO NOT MATCH. YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS FURTHER LIMITED. PLEASE UPLOAD THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS]
Me: Hello staff, my docs got rejected again for the third time. What do I do?
[silence]
Me: How do I close my account? Looks like we are going in circles and there's nothing I could do.
Staff: You are not allowed to close your account unless you confirm your identity.
Me: OK my dox have been resubmitted 3 times already and I just wanted to change my name and confirm my identity because my real name is NOT 'Meguca'. There are no bills I have with that anime name.
Staff: Alright, I will forward this appeal to my higher ups.

[6 hours later]

To add insult to injury, all of the messages I sent to Paypal Staff to troubleshoot the problem are purged. It's like I never talked to them at all, and I'm guilty. They didn't even read my concerns which has been a longtime problem on Paypal forums. Each thread ends with the OP saying "I'M NEVER USING PAYPAL AGAIN". It's like telling your teacher the true story of a fight with a bully, where the teacher says "Yes, of course" then putting you in detention anyway.

So what happens now? I have linked my patreon with Payoneer instead (which has a minimum $300 payout to transfer funds) and linked my ko-fi to Stripe. RIP my paypal with $800, I bought latex stuff using that account for a long time. But ehh, I can make more money. I can buy eBay stuff using my credit card still. I was locked from my first paypal account (the one I used from 2008) and the money went to the govt under "Unclaimed Money Act". If the govt takes money from this account, I hope it goes to education or feeding the poor (ha ha)
